London Sketch
This is a quick pencil sketch in my sketchbook from a reference photo that was taken in 1860 in London.
Fredrick
“Fredrick” is an 11x14 in. ink and watercolor painting on paper. I found a fabulous archive of photos from London in the 1860’s, that this is based on one of those photos.

Reclaiming Unused Property
The house is around the corner from me. It had a land use sign on it a few years ago and everyone expected it would be torn down and new apartments or condos would be built. But then a couple of years ago they owners took down the sign and the property has been sitting unused ever since. Years ago it was a lively house with lots of creative people living there.
Private Jim
During the pandemic of 2020 and 2021, before there was a vaccine, I wrote a book of short stories. This is one of those stories, read by myself. I hope you enjoy it. :)
Victrola Coffee Roasters (2004)
Shortly after Victrola Coffee started roasting their own coffee beans, I paid them a visit and got a tour of their process by Tony and Chad.

Birds (2018)
A little bit of comedy from 2018.
King of Harperville (1992)
This is a short film I made in 1992 when I lived in Kansas. The actors are my friends, and the whole thing was filmed on a VHS camcorder. 1992 was long before digital video was invented, and editing was a real challenge. This version is the only one I seem to have, and it was all run through a video processor which makes it look posterized, but I don’t think it detracts from the story. We all had fun making this together and I’m very pretty proud if it. I hope you enjoy watching it! :)

Mr. Lilly
“Mr. Lilly” is an acrylic painting on paper, 11x14 inches. I thought it would look interesting to see what a businessman would look like with flower for a head. Here he is powerful and just walks down the middle of 2nd Avenue.
