I filed out my ballot yesterday and will drop it in the box tomorrow. We’re down to two weeks before the election and I, along with the rest of the country, have a constant anxiety coloring everything. The polls are telling us that it is a tie right now and that it could go either way. I am just flabbergasted that it could even be close.  Could it be that we are about to hand the greatest democracy the world has ever seen, along with the largest economy by far, over to a bunch of criminals? I’m just hoping that there are still enough decent people in this county who will do the right thing and vote the crooks out of power.

We are in the calm before the storm. Two weeks out, and a storm of chaos will descend on us no matter who wins. At least if Harris wins, the storm will pass. If it goes the other way, the storm will be just beginning, and we’ll need to brace for very dark days ahead.
